The Site and its calculators provide general information and mathematical estimates based on the numbers you enter. Results depend entirely on your inputs and assumptions, which may be incomplete or wrong. Example data is illustrative only.
Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any property or investment. LAPAS HOUSE is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, appraiser, accountant or attorney. The numbers you enter are saved only in your own browser's local storage so your work is there when you return. They are not sent to or stored by LAPAS HOUSE. Clearing your browser data deletes them. The Site uses third-party services to operate, including Cloudflare for hosting and Google Fonts for typefaces, which may receive standard technical information such as your IP address.
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
